Botanical Art Worldwide: Native Plants of the Netherlands

At exhibition's close, it will then travel to Germany to appear at Museum B.C. Koekkoek-Haus, Klebe.

Worldwide Day of Botanical Art Programs: Festive opening begins at 2pm, with several workshops and demonstrations for adults and children.    4pm: Talk by Sabine Huls, Director of the Museum, and introduction by Anita Walsmit-Sachs, President of the Dutch Society of Botanical Artists. Rogier van Vugt, Head of Glasshouses of Hortus Botanics, Leiden will present a talk.

July 21: Botanical watercolour, advanced by Esmée Winkel

July 28: Demo, botanical painting by Margriet, Honingh

August   4: Colour pencil by Jenny Post

August 11: Demo, botanical painting by Dick Smit

August 18: Values in graphite drawing by Marionne van de Klashorst

August 25: Tondo, berries in pen and ink by Eline de Jong
